The fluorine-lined magnetic pump is driven indirectly by magnetic coupling, which eliminates the trouble of dripping and does not pollute the use site. Because the overflow part of the pump is made of "fluoroplastic alloy". It can continuously transport any concentration of acid, alkali, strong oxidant and other corrosive media without being damaged. Therefore, to deal with these strong corrosive media, pay attention to the operation and use
Check before starting the fluorine-lined magnetic pump:
1: Fully closed outlet valve
2: Open the inlet valve
3: Ensure that the inlet valve of the standby pump next to it is closed (otherwise it will be regarded as a leak in the inlet pipe of the magnetic pump and cavitation will occur)
4: Open the outlet exhaust valve, and then close the exhaust valve until the liquid is full of the pipe (to ensure that there is no gas)
5: After checking the work, it can be turned on.
Do the following work immediately after booting
6: Listen to the sound: there must be no abnormal noise (usually abnormal noise indicates that the pump is idling and needs to be shut down and exhausted immediately, or the pump is damaged and must not be turned on again, and needs to be disassembled for maintenance)
7: Look at the pressure gauge: the pressure gauge must be above the rated pressure, and it is normal. (For a pump with a head of 30M, the pressure of the fully closed outlet valve should be above 3kg. If it does not reach it, it means the pump has been damaged or the pressure gauge is inoperable. Function, stop to check the pressure gauge, or overhaul the pump)
8: Open the outlet valve slowly, and adjust the pressure to the rated pressure of the pump through the outlet pressure gauge (the rated pressure of the pump with a head of 30M is 3kg), which means that the pump has reached the rated operating point.
9: Estimate the approximate working time according to the flow of the pump. Do not idling.
10: After the opening of the outlet valve is adjusted for the first use, it is generally not necessary to adjust it. When it is turned on next time, directly observe whether it is working at the rated pressure point.
