1. Check the nameplate of the pump after unpacking, and check whether the main parameters of the stainless steel magnetic pump are consistent with the use requirements.
2. The stainless steel magnetic drive pump should be installed horizontally, and the pump body must not bear the weight of the pipeline.
3. The pump and pipeline should maintain a good seal.
4. The pump should be inspected before use, the motor blades should rotate flexibly, without stopping and abnormal noise, and the fastening bodies should be firm.
5. Connect the power supply and try to run, from the motor end, whether the operation is consistent with the pump turning mark.
6. Before the stainless steel magnetic pump stops working, first close the discharge valve, then turn off the power, and finally close the suction pipe valve.
How to use stainless steel magnetic pump:
1. Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing depends on the medium to be transported, idling rotation is prohibited, and at the same time, avoiding idling operation caused by restarting after a power failure in the middle of the work.
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.
5. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize as the delivery liquid, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid accumulation in the pump.
6. After the stainless steel magnetic pump has been running for 500 hours, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap between the bearing and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm and the impeller moves 0.5-2mm in the axial direction, the bearing and axial movement should be replaced. Moving ring.
