Plastic vertical pumps are very popular in the environmental protection industry. They are also called pickling pumps, exhaust tower vertical pumps, acid mist spray tower vertical pumps, idling vertical pumps, and tank vertical pumps in China. Type pump, anticorrosive vertical pump, vertical submerged pump, etc. And it is suitable for all kinds of acid and alkali resistant chemical liquid circulation, cooling, spray washing equipment, waste gas tower, waste water treatment, transportation and transfer of chemical liquids.
Speaking of the plastic vertical pump, we have to say its working principle. The pump should be filled with water before starting. After starting, the rotating impeller drives the water in the pump to rotate at a high speed. The water makes centrifugal movement and is thrown out and is Press in and out of the water pipe. After the water is thrown out, the pressure near the impeller decreases, and a low pressure area is formed near the shaft. The pressure here is much lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the water outside is under the action of the atmospheric pressure, breaking through the bottom valve and entering the water pump from the water inlet pipe. The water rushing in is thrown out again with the high-speed rotation of the impeller and pressed into the outlet pipe. Then the impeller is continuously rotated at a high speed under the driving of the power machine, and the water will be pumped cyclically from low to high. Sealing and liquid sealing also play a great role in the use of plastic vertical pumps.
Due to the function of the independent impeller structure, the internal pressure can be balanced and the liquid can be completely sealed. The structural feature of the impeller is that the blades are installed beside the impeller, and the opposite blade is on one side with a protruding ring. When running, the liquid flowing to the shaft (due to internal pressure) will be blocked by the back pressure of the protruding ring and the opposing blade.
When the motor is running, the centrifugal force causes the hydrodynamic seal to automatically open, forming a state of frictionless points during operation. When the motor stops running, after the centrifugal force disappears, the liquid seal itself elastically rebounds to seal, blocking the rise of the chemical gas, preventing the motor and bearings from being corroded by the chemical gas, and prolonging the service life of the motor and pump.
