Working principle of vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump

The vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump is a single screw transport pump. Its working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis on the one hand, and on the other hand it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing. Thus, a sealed chamber of the pump is formed. The vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump is a new type of liquid conveying machine. It has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform discharge, and stable pressure.

The vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump uses the rotation of the screw to suck and discharge the liquid. The middle screw is the driving screw, which is driven by the prime mover to rotate. The screws on both sides are the driven screws, which rotate in reverse with the driving screw. The threads of the main and driven screws are both double-ended threads. Due to the mutual meshing of the screws and the close fit between the screw and the inner wall of the liner, the suction port and the discharge port of the vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump will be divided into one or more sealed spaces. As the screw rotates and meshes, these sealed spaces are continuously formed at the suction end of the pump, which seals the liquid in the suction chamber, and continuously moves from the suction chamber along the screw axis to the discharge end, closing the space in each space. The liquid is continuously discharged, just like a nut is continuously pushed forward when the screw is rotated. This is the basic working principle of the vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump.

It can be seen from the above working principle that the vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump has the following advantages:

1) Wide pressure and flow range. The pressure is about 3.4-340 kgf/cm2, and the flow rate can reach 18600cm3/min;

4) Good suction performance and self-priming ability;

The working part of the vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump is submerged in the liquid, and the shaft seal has no leakage. And it has the characteristics of small footprint, reliable use, convenient maintenance, and strong corrosion resistance. Vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pumps are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, petroleum and other industrial sectors.

The vertical pump is made into specifications according to the length of the container (generally 1 to 1.5m). The working part of the vertical acid and alkali resistant sewage pump is submerged in liquid, and the axial and radial forces generated by the pump operation are supported by rolling bearings and sliding bearings respectively; therefore, the operation is quiet and no noise. There is no liquid splash on the shaft seal. There is a cooling system at the sealing packing, which can take away heat with cooling water according to the temperature of the user's medium.
