Generally speaking, KCB stainless steel gear pump is not allowed to reverse. Because the safety law is set at the outlet, it has a protective effect on KCB SS gear pump. In principle, it can still work if it is connected. But the shaft seal is a skeleton seal and should be easy to leak . It mainly affects the shaft seal. Over time, it will damage the seal and cause leakage. After the installation is reversed, the safety valve of the KCB stainless steel gear oil pump will fail and cause serious problems. When the power source on the customer site needs to be reversed, the operating conditions can be provided in advance, and the reverse pump can be specially manufactured according to customer requirements! The installation direction of the safety valve must be changed, and the mechanical seal must be specially made. Only in this way can it be used safely and the normal operation of the unit can be ensured. After the inlet and outlet of the KCB stainless steel gear pump are installed reversely, firstly, the material cannot be conveyed, or even the material is conveyed in the reverse direction; secondly, it will cause dry grinding of the pump gear and damage the oil pump. It has four internal leakage channels: 1. Between the gear journal and the bearing; 2. Between the gear end face and the bearing end face; 3. Between the tooth top and the pump casing; 4. Between meshing teeth. If it is reversed, the leakage will be greater and the wear on the bearing will be greater. Generally, the inlet and outlet of KCB stainless steel gear pump are installed reversely, and oil can be applied even when the motor is reversed. However, the pressure in the shaft seal area is relieved to the inlet side, which is equal to the inlet pressure. If it is installed reversely, the shaft seal will bear the outlet pressure, and the skeleton oil seal cannot bear it, so it can be considered that it cannot be installed reversely. The internal gear pump can be positive or negative, but if it is equipped with an integrated safety valve, the safety valve must also be adjusted, otherwise the safety valve will not work.
