The correct installation position of the magnetic drive pump can ensure the stable performance of the pump. It is recommended to install it near the water source, so as to reduce the length or excessive bending when the pipeline is arranged. Keep the installation horizontal as far as possible.
The installation position of the magnetic pump is mainly determined according to the transportation environment. If conditions permit, it should be installed on open terrain as far as possible to facilitate the subsequent maintenance and adequate operating space. The installation height should be adjusted according to the liquid level.
1. Before installation, check the integrity of the pump body itself, confirm that each component has no deformation, bending and other abnormalities, and pay attention to check that each accessories are complete;
2. Set a separate support frame for the pipeline, and strictly prohibit the direct weight of the pipeline on the pump body. When arranging the pipeline, too long and too much bending should be avoided as far as possible to prevent unnecessary loss.
3. After the installation, necessary debugging should be carried out. First, use a wrench or other tools to manually turn the wheel to ensure that the impeller of the motor rotates flexibly without sticking, and check that each fastener is not loose.
4. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the steering marked by the magnetic pump, and check whether the speed meets the pump type standard.
5. If there is a need to adjust the flow, the motor should be opened first and then the discharge valve should be opened slowly. After the magnetic pump enters the normal running state, the flow can be adjusted by controlling the opening of the discharge valve.
6, stop the magnetic pump before the need to close the discharge valve, and then cut off the power supply, this is to avoid the media backflow.
