Advantages of NYP30/1.0 high viscosity pump with variable frequency motor

2020/07/23 09:28:15
When high viscosity pumps deliver high-viscosity media, they often need to be used at reduced speeds or manually or automatically adjusted to control the actual flow of the high-viscosity pumps to meet the production requirements of the process. How to set up and use the variable-frequency high-viscosity pumps and what specific issues need to be paid attention to. Let me give you a specific introduction.
Generally speaking, the general methods used to achieve speed reduction include gear speed motor, gearbox deceleration, frequency conversion motor, manual stepless speed control motor, electromagnetic debugging, etc., frequency conversion motor adopts "special frequency conversion induction motor + frequency converter" AC The speed control method, coupled with the electrical automatic control system, greatly improves the degree of mechanical automation and production efficiency, saves energy, improves the product qualification rate and product quality, the power system capacity is correspondingly improved, the equipment is miniaturized, and the comfort is increased. Speed has now become the mainstream speed control scheme, which can be widely used in continuously variable transmission in the pump industry. At present, SS high viscosity pumps, high-viscosity Roots pumps, single screw pumps, vacuum discharge gear pumps with variable frequency motors are the more common types of reduction gears. For customers who require high-viscosity pumps to have a fixed flow rate, it is recommended to use gear reduction motors and cycloidal pinwheel reduction motors. If customers require high-viscosity pumps that require adjustable flow rates during the delivery process, it is recommended to choose a stepless speed regulation motor or a variable frequency motor. When selecting a variable frequency motor, the power requirement of the motor that needs to be selected is higher than that of the standard configuration. Once the variable frequency motor drives the high-viscosity pump to start, the instantaneous starting current will damage the motor.
Application characteristics of variable frequency motors:
1: Insulation grade, generally F grade or higher, strengthen the insulation to the ground and the insulation strength of the turns, especially considering the ability of the insulation to withstand impulse voltage.
2: For the vibration and noise of the motor, it is necessary to fully consider the rigidity of the motor components and the whole, and try to increase its natural frequency to avoid resonance with each force wave.
3: Cooling method: Forced ventilation cooling is generally used, that is, the main motor cooling fan is driven by an independent motor.
4: Measures to prevent shaft currents, bearing insulation measures should be adopted for motors with a capacity exceeding 160KW. The main reason is that the asymmetry of the magnetic circuit is easy to occur, and the shaft current is also generated. When the currents generated by other high frequency components work together, the shaft current will greatly increase, resulting in damage to the bearing, so generally insulation measures must be taken.
5: For constant power variable frequency motors, when the speed exceeds 3000r/min, special high-temperature-resistant grease should be used to compensate for the temperature rise of the bearing.
Especially with the increasing application of frequency converters in the field of industrial control, the use of frequency conversion motors has become more and more widespread. It can be said that due to the advantages of frequency conversion motors in frequency conversion control over ordinary motors, wherever frequency converters are used, we It is not difficult to see the presence of variable frequency motors.
