Hot oil pump should pay attention to pump bearing temperature, should not exceed the outside temperature of 35℃, but the high should not be greater than 75℃. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based butter to ensure normal lubrication of the bearing. Trial operation requirements of hot oil pump: 1. The hot oil pump body should be preheated before the test run, and the temperature should rise evenly, and the temperature rise per hour should not be greater than 50℃; The temperature difference between the pump surface and the process pipeline with working medium inlet should not be greater than 40℃; A connection device is set to eliminate the influence of temperature rise, and a bypass connection device is set to provide cooling water source; 5. The parts of the hot oil pump with pre-lubrication requirements should be pre-lubricated according to the regulations; 6. Each fixed connection part shall not be loose, and the specification and quantity of filling lubricant in each lubrication part shall comply with the provisions of technical documents.
