When the motor drives the outer rotor (that is, the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line through the action of the magnetic field drives the inner rotor (that is, the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously through the isolation sleeve, because the medium is closed in the static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of no leakage pumping medium, to solve the shaft seal leakage of the mechanical transmission pump. How do we use a non-leakage Stainless Steel magnetic drive pump? 1. Relevant tools need to be prepared when starting to check whether the steering of the motor is correct and can not be reversed. If the installation position is lower than the liquid level, the suction line gate valve should be opened before starting, so that the liquid is filled with magnetic pump. If the pump is installed at the liquid level, pump or air should be pumped before starting, so that the magnetic pump and suction pipe are filled with liquid, and the air in the magnetic pump is cleared. Also need to close the inlet and outlet pressure gauge and excited line pressure valve, starting motor into the outlet pressure gauge, open the outlet line gate valve to the required position. 2. In operation, it is necessary to check the temperature rise of the pump and motor frequently, and the temperature rise of the bearing should not be greater than 75 degrees Celsius. During operation, when abnormal sound or other faults are found, the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately. After discharging the fault, the machine can continue to operate. Gate valves on suction lines are not allowed to regulate flow in order to avoid cavitation. Non-leakage magnetic pump can not run for a long time under the design flow rate of less than 30%. If it is necessary to use under such conditions, bypass pipe should be installed on the outlet pipe to make its flow reach the use range. 3. When stopping use, it is necessary to slowly close the outlet line gate valve and stop the motor. Close the inlet and outlet pressure gauge, and close the suction line gate valve in the case of filling. If the ambient temperature is lower than the liquid solidification temperature, the liquid in the magnetic pump should be released to prevent freezing and cracking. 4. If you do not use it for a long time, rinse it with clean water and keep it properly after sealing the inlet and outlet.
