Check whether the sound and vibration of the magnetic drive pump and the motor are normal. The motor bearing temperature is ≯70℃, and the pump bearing temperature is ≯65℃. 3. Check the lubricating oil level at 1/2～2/3 of the viewing window, the oil quality is good, no emulsification. 4. Check that the cooling water and oil sealing system are normal, and there is no leakage of shaft seal, valve packing and flange. (The adjustment method of the cooling water is as follows: the water supply valve is fully opened, and the water supply is controlled by the return valve according to the temperature of the bearing). 5. The standby pump is kept intact, the lubricating oil level is normal, the cooling water is normal, and the hot oil pump is warming up normally. Sixth, the spare pump seals, flanges and other sealing points do not leak oil, the inlet valve is fully opened, and the outlet valve is fully closed. 7. The spare pump should be cranked frequently, 180 degrees each time. 8. Maintain good hygiene around the magnetic pump and the pump area. 9. Do a good job of anti-freezing and freezing of pumps in winter. 10. If the accessories have abnormal noise, they should be replaced in time.
